Buying and selling a house is not something I do every day, but we just bought our first house with Capital Funding Solutions and I must say Roseana and her group were excellent. When looking for a mortgage, I was originally only going to just go with a local bank, but getting in contact with individuals was rather complex and no one would return phone calls (not a joke, I tried… really and we even have an account at this particular bank). Roseana at CFS was recommended to me and she even meet with my wife and I on a government holiday to get my pre-approved arranged for an offer I was making on the same day. That deal fell through, like so many others, but the last one worked.

And, they move your package through the system at a rate faster than most groups can. I know, as I am presently waiting on a buyer’s bank to close on the property I am selling. CFS helped us get all of our required information from the contractor organized – and they communicated in a timely manner when issues occurred during the process. Let’s face it, buying a home in today’s market requires much more review and paper work than say 6 years ago. And, this is the important part, if your broker is on the ball, they head off any issues and get in contact with you quickly, so that the proper information may be acquired.
